Una cosa que no me gustó fue que fui agarrar un café y espere 45 min y cuando llegue a la caja me dijieron que hielo no había entonces mi recomendación es que avisen con tiempo a las personas y así no tendremos que esperar tanto.. "Loved everything (room, cleanliness, staff, beach setting, activities, entertainment, grounds, etc) except beach seaweed and brown ocean (not your fault or within your control); in general, many of the entrees in the restaurants are well presented but seem to have little to no flavor; lazy river pool around the spa is showing some age as the tile has some rough spots on the bottom where pool floor is pushing up and or rough repairs have been made; checkin process seemed to take longer than expected. Minor issues overall. We will be back again and again."
