"We enjoyed our stay at the Platinum Yucatan Princess. Our room was maintained clean and stocked up. Food was good. Friendly staff and courteous. We’re thankful that pickle ball courts are available. We played every day. 🥰 We loved that we can cross over the other Princess Resorts and enjoyed the food served there. This is our second time visiting the Princess Resorts. Our first was in 2024 at Platinum Grand Riviera Princess. They’ve done impressive improvements to their Buffet Restaurants with the new theme Food Market! Love the ambiance! ❤️ The Ice Cream Shop is a plus! So good for a quick cold snack. We will definitely come back! 💕"

"Everything is 5 star quality. Really liked the hotel, bar , activities food, coffee bar was my favorite. The staff was amazing. Great job. Family of 6 . ( kids grown up). They all enjoyed . Beach had those sargassum /seaweed, but they tried cleaning every day and the not take away from our experience."

"Secrets Maroma Beach was awesome. We stayed 6 nights....every meal was great, staff was great. Room was great. Seaweed is daily battle for the all the hotels in the area. SMB did a great job of keeping our beach clean. A lot of seaweed was pushed onto the beach one night during a storm. The next day was bad, but it was clean in 24 hours. Great all inclusive."

"It was nice clean and staff is very friendly is family friendly I like that! What I don’t like was that they give my husband and I a room with pass thru door and we can hear kids scrimping and crying at 5 am and 7 am in the morning ! It was like they were in our room! I make the complaint thru Expedia and they never get in touch with us to see what was happening"
