My wife and I have stayed here many times! We love the staff, that we give a 10 rating!!!!!!!! It’s one of the main reasons we have kept coming back. This time was disappointing, due to the condition of the building. Rooms need some updating. Towels are all worn and should be replaced. Water coming out of shower had an awful smell!!! Hope that it turns around!! Great Location!

Great location, just one block away from the hot spot 5th Avenue. 26th Street is a perfect location that places you right smack in the middle of the best walking area in Playa del Carmen.

The location was perfect - just a block off 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pools and bar were fun, but if you are looking for a poolside vacation, there were only 5-6 pool chairs so it was difficult to snag one. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.
