"Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years."

"My stay at the Cancun Suite Apartments was overall good. The property was very reasonably priced and located in a great area. There were multiple food options nearby, and it was also a convenient pickup point for excursions since we were right across the street from the Riu. The balcony view was honestly breathtaking-we could see through the Riu lobby and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. "Overall the people seemed quite rude and unhelpful. We got different information from different staff and it was frustrating. The rooms did not look like they did on the images and we were tired from arguing with them. Please don't book this hotel. "

"Nice property and room had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have seen the sun come up from our balcony. Had a small kitchenette. We did not have a table on the balcony which would have been nice and we also had low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable. "

"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "
