Excellent place in all aspects. Very clean and nice room with a lovely patio and rooftop pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Takh 308.

Loved it! The place is beautiful. It is across the street from the beach, and near almost everything. The rooftop pool is just gorgeous. Will definitely be booking again.

J’ai séjourné ici. C’est incroyable. Hyper bien situé juste en face de la Playa Tortugas pour prendre le ferry pour Isla Mujeres, médecin H24, pharmacie et une petite supérette juste en bas de l’immeuble. Hôte hyper avenante et arrangeante. Elle m’a laissée accéder à la chambre à 12h le jour de notre arrivée. Nous étions épuisées avec ma fille. Cela a été très apprécié. Je reviendrai sans hésitation

It was a terrific place to stay. The host was very friendly and available. Go to the roof and check out the view. It’s one of the best in the city.

El cuarto tiene una cama cómoda, un balcón de buen tamaño con vista a la calle (no a playa) y eso es bueno por que da a una calle no ruidosa. La gente de recepción es amable. Abajo del edificio hay un Oxxo y una farmacia. Uno cruza y está una playa, no muy bonita y con algo de sargazo, en la que preferí no quedarme pero justo en esa playa está el Ferry a Isla Mujeres, y eso hice, irme a conocer la Isla que estaba muy limpia de sargazo. El espacio tiene un micro ondas y cafetera, un pequeño refri. Lo mejor es la amabilidad de la dueña y que en el Rooftop hay un amplio espacio con una alberca, muchos camastros y bonita vista tanto a la laguna como a l mar. Sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar.

Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. You would either walk or take a taxi somewhere and that’s about it. I’ll post pictures beautiful ? Room great building, great rooftop pool.

Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.

Great apartment, very clean and right across Playa Tortuga and the ferry going to Isla Mujeres. Note: this apartment belongs to an individual owner, it’s not a hotel. However, they work hand in hand and things went smoothly. Check your messages in Expedia after booking, to get all the info ahead of time.

I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright and modern. The location was perfect for my needs as my dental clinic was less than 1 mile away. There is really not many things more stressful than extensive full-mouth dental restoration and not being in your own bed to recover but TAKH308 made all those problems melt away. The pool on the roof is absolutely gorgeous and helped make the entire ordeal more manageable. I have to travel to Cancun once a year going forward and it’s great to not have to look for a place to stay anymore as I know EXACTLY where I want to stay! As a matter of fact I will actually be planning all my trips around TAKH308’s availability and work out flights and dental appointments after I have booked my stay. If your looking for quiet, clean, modern and an incredibly gracious host, look no further than TAKH308! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
