"Great hotel with tricky shuttle. Nice staff, comfortable and convenient hotel. However, shuttle is very disorganized and unreliable. Please triple check with staff (at various levels) to secure your spot and make sure you get picked up on time."

"Overall the resort experience was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful in all areas. Not at all pushy to get a massage or become part of any type of membership. In an entire week there only one time I was offered a massage and they totally respected my No. Check in and check out were pretty easy I would try to add a couple more front desk people because we did have to wait about 45 min ! The pools were extensive so you did not feel like you were on top of other guests. Had a section for kids with shallow water which my son enjoyed. If you are planning on coming with young children they are super kid friendly and accommodating. The food was beautifully displayed and delicious at the buffet. There were many other options for all three meals. Rooms well cleaned daily. Hotel over all very clean. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again!"
