"Our greeting was pleasant and cordial, and we were able to use our room a bit early. Room was clean, and sufficiently stocked to meet our needs. The pool was clean and the area monitored regularly by staff. "

"We just got home from a very nice week at the Royal Haciendas! The resort was even nicer than we expected. We had a suite room and it was perfect to have the separate room with 2 single beds for the 2 kids. The food was good and nobody got sick from any of the food which was great. There was a lot of staff always there to help with anything we needed. It was free to use life jackets, pool noodles, snorkeling gear etc. which was a nice touch. The resort isn't too big which was nice with young kids as you didn't have to walk too far to get anywhere. The only con is the ocean is blocked off by sand bags which were a bit of an eyesore. Overall we really loved this resort and would highly recommend it! "

"We stayed at the Beach House location which we really enjoyed. Great table service (shout out to Oliver) at the lounge chairs made this a super enjoyable way to relax. We visited the rooftop pool at the other location one day and really enjoyed the change from the Beach House. Again, service was great, the view was incredible and the pool was very relaxing. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric hotel if you're looking for a central location in Playa!"

"This is a great place for couples who want to enjoy more upbeat vibes. There's pool foam parties during the day with a DJ. The food and drinks were very good. The ocean is one of the best in the area, i really enjoyed it. The resort is walking distance to 5th Avenue, which my boyfriend and i enjoyed a few nights out on the town. The town bars and nightclubs felt very safe and clean. Highly recommend "

"The room and staff was great. There was a leak in the bathroom over the toilet in room 4313. The only reason I have a lower rating is because I really wanted to try the steakhouse for our birthday but upon checkin we were told it was already booked. "
