"We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. The water is fairly shallow too, so I didn't have to worry about my teenage boys going out too far. One note: the road getting there was very bumpy due to damage from...

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice"

"My only complaint will be the hot tub, It did have hot/warm water as describe in Expedia, it is basically a 4x4 pool (with only cold water)"
