「This is a really nice hotel. Glad I wasn’t deterred by the negative reviews. The hotel is secure, there is security on the premises and cameras all around. I felt safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even got a baby lizard out of our room lol. It’s close to everything, no more than 10-15 minutes away. 「There is no beach view. Front desk staff was very nice. Kitchen staff seemed a bit annoyed at times. Food was ok. Room was done everyday but it was clean for the most part. Pool was cute however it was limited to 4 lounge chairs. Only thing that wasn’t good was that our door slammed every time we come in or out of our room. However I’d stay again.」

「We had a great 2 weeks! The staff all worked hard to meet any needs we had. The food was good for an AI. We stayed on the seaside , the only complaint was the walls between the rooms we not sound proof at all. If I were to come back I would stay on the Palms side.」
