"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "

"The room was new and spacious. Unfortunately, there was no power in the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. There was not a heated jacuzzi but the rooftop pool was beautiful. "Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "
