「The whole staff is incredible! Especially the entertainment crew!! We had an incredible trip! 」

「The property is very lush and well maintained. Room was spotless, fridge stocked with your preference. Nightly turn down service with fresh towels. Lots of umbrellas available for when it rained. Building concierge was great, always checking on you. Lots of entertainment during the day and evenings. Great selection of restaurants and all were excellent. The main buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and the selection was overwhelming. Waiters and staff are very attentive and always checking...

「My children like the pool on this hotel , but it was under construction. From next time I need to confirm if we can use the pool when we book the reservation. Finally we could use the other pool on residence side, so the kids could be satisfied.」

「This resort caters to retirees for the most part. The hotel is clean, staff is extraordinary however the vibe is not for younger crowds. If you are in cancun to party, this is not the place. 」
