We suggest that the buffet La Paloma to have more option and varieties on international dishes. It’s hard to get reservations for Da Vinci. When checking out they are charging us for room service which we did not requested. I feel disappointed for this. We never requested for room service. We patiently go to the restaurant for breakfast to Dinner. And go to the cafe station for teas.Please have an accurate record.

All inclusive is definitely the way to go. Yes, we got off the resort a couple of times, but this made it so convenient to make sure we had food and drinks at all times. Every resort employee made us feel welcomed.

The Hyatt Vivid has a great location, close to 5th Avenue and easy to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which really made the stay more enjoyable.
