"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "The hotel is wonderful and thr staff is amazing, I lost my flight due to maintenance issues and reached out the hotel, they promptly move my stay one day so I dont lose anything. The only thing I could add in top of everything that was already amazing is a suggestion to have a ice-cream kiosk where you can eat during the day as you can drink alcohol during the entire day. But that is just a suggestion I will definitely come back here more times Thanks The Westin Cozumel team!"

"Considero que es un Hotel muy bonito, las instalaciones son preciosas es enorme, no te da tiempo a conocer todo pero siento que el servicio al cliente y la atención del personal obviamente con sus excepciones no son de lo mejor incluso Ana de Concierge hasta me colgó el teléfono! Muchas de las cosas no te han información precisa como recalco no son todos, pero si el servicio no es excepcional como me gustaría recibir y como es recibido en otros hoteles de México!"

"This resort is great for a family looking to travel to Mexico. It is a large resort with a lot to do. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Beaches are beautiful, however if you go during the summer months expect sargassum to be an issue. They did have one area very well cleared of seaweed so we could still enjoy the water and beach! Pools are wonderful too!"

"Clean room, they clean up after whenever we go to dinner. Air conditioning in the rooms. We had an early arrival, they checked us in right away, gave us our bracelet & we were able to use all amenities although the room were not ready until 1pm. All the staff were nice, the nightly shows were great. The dinner restaurants were great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Cozumel. It was our first time at the resort and all the amenities, staff, shows, food were wonderful. Our king size room was beautiful and just a couple steps to the pier and pool. The food was delicious, I did recall someone mentioning it was blah and no flavor and I couldn't disagree more. The spices were flavorful from the breakfast buffet to all the specialty restaurants. It was wonderful having everything there including their help with excursions. The staff were amazing. The shows were wonderful, our favorite was the fire show. I was at first apprehensive on their filter water, but they prove me wrong. I love how sustainable everything is. It's definitely a peaceful location and having nature all around was amazing. I highly suggest this resort!"
