"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. A few highlights: -Entertainment and Kids crew were FANTASTIC. Fernando and Moises had our kids involved in every volleyball game, every race etc. They were so much fun and brought so much energy. Leslie, Yara, Maria, and Diane with the kids crew were something else. They remembered our kids names and would go looking for them, making sure they knew about all the activities for the day. There was face painting, glitter tattoos, key chain and bracelet making, games, etc. not to mention the fun kids room. They were so kind and my kiddos had so much fun with them. -We also had so many great servers throughout the week - Omar and Betsabe. Shout out to Antonio at Flamingo and Chacaron at Momo who helped make those restaurants so delightful. Martha at the breakfast brunch...sweetest lady EVER. We would walk in and she would come give us all hugs and talk to the kids. -One of our favorite parts of the trip was the snorkeling off the dock. We went almost daily! We saw beautiful fish, an eel, and manta rays right off the resort. The resort has snorkeling gear to use along with long boards and kayaks. No need to even ever leave. I would come back here a thousand %!"

"This is our third time staying at this resort, and we love it every time! It's a wonderful choice for families, especially because of its convenient location just minutes from Xcaret Park. One of our favorite features is the beach area—it’s calm, family-friendly, and perfect for young children who are still learning to swim. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we also enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. We look forward to returning again!"

"The hotel is wonderful and thr staff is amazing, I lost my flight due to maintenance issues and reached out the hotel, they promptly move my stay one day so I dont lose anything. The only thing I could add in top of everything that was already amazing is a suggestion to have a ice-cream kiosk where you can eat during the day as you can drink alcohol during the entire day. But that is just a suggestion I will definitely come back here more times Thanks The Westin Cozumel team!"

"Clean room, they clean up after whenever we go to dinner. Air conditioning in the rooms. We had an early arrival, they checked us in right away, gave us our bracelet & we were able to use all amenities although the room were not ready until 1pm. All the staff were nice, the nightly shows were great. The dinner restaurants were great."
