"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!"

"Loved the atmosphere, the pool, the reef just outside the hotel, the beach, the setup, the shower water pressure, comfy AC, the beds, the friendly staff.
What could improve? Throw some bacon into the breakfast buffet! But, even without, you still get 5 stars from our family. "
"The El Cid was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. It has an on site dive shop. You can snorkel or dive at their beach. There is daily entertainment. The buffet offers many choices or order from their menu.
I do not recommend purchasing a shared taxi as part of your travel package. There are plenty of taxi's at the airport and hotel that are easy to get for $20."
"Absolutely beautiful resort. Our room was magnificent. The views from both the living room and the bedroom were stunning. We had an enormous bath in our bedroom. Our wonderful housekeeper Anita restocked our fridge and water and cleaned our room beautifully every day. What a treat after our daily adventures. We had a couples massage. I can’t say enough about the pampering we received from Yazmin and Naomi. Wow!!! Miguel was our favorite server, at the pool. I always had a dink in my hand. 🍹😃 The food!!!! Omg. Arturo….. gracias!!🙏 he truly takes such pride in what he does. I’m missing so many incredible people in this post. Just know. We can’t wait to return! Bravo! "
"Loved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. It was a big disappointment because many of the restaurant options are without AC and the ambiance was severely lacking. "
