"El Hotel es muy nuevo por lo mismo le llamó la atención que el aire acondicionado de nuestro cuarto no funcionara. Dos veces pedimos en la recepción que lo fueran a revisar pero nunca llegaron así que eso fue bastante incómodo ya que los días estaban bastante calurosos sobre todo en las noches al querer dormir. La comida muy buena pero si creo que hoy en día con tanta gente que se cuida la alimentación si deberían de tener opciones de postres sin azúcar pues no tenían nada."

If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience where the service is as high-quality as the views, I cannot recommend Riu Caribe enough. We will definitely be back!"

"Rooms were always really humid and smelled moldy. We got back home and all our clothes had a moldy smell. Most staff were rude and restaurants were always trying to sell wine bottles to get you in for reservations. "
