"Loved our stay. The service and food were excellent. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. We genuinely enjoyed every interaction with them. We actually ran out of cash from tipping because they deserved it and more. The atmosphere was very genuine and down to earth, which we really liked. It felt perfect for families, especially families with small kids. There were lots of things for the kids to do and my 2 year old absolutely loved the waterpark and slides. The size of the resort is also just right. Big enough that there is plenty to do, but not so big that getting around becomes a hassle. The only reason I wouldn’t give the hotel a perfect rating is that the property itself is showing its age. You can tell they really make an effort to maintain it and keep everything looking good, but the rooms do feel tired and could definitely use a refresh. The seaweed was also really bad during our stay and unfortunately made the beach pretty much unusable, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault. Overall we had a great experience. Great food, amazing staff, really good service and a very family friendly atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it to families with small kids and we would totally come back."

"10/10. All inclusive. Not a single bad thing to say about the time I spent here. Every staff member is a joy to be around. Their nightly entertainment is awesome. Pool’s are clean. Drinks are strong. 24/7 professional ROOM SERVICE! You couldn’t ask for anything else. Highly recommended."
