「Very good for family with kids. Every one hour they have activity in pool and also show at night time. All staff friendly so satisfy with this price range. Dinner restaurant booking open only 8am-2pm on the day for dinner but most of restaurant booking become full at 8:15am, so have to wake up before 8am everyday. 」

「The overall stay was very enjoyable. Resort was beautiful and clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing we felt could have been better was the temperature of the pool water. It was too warm and even though we understand it was due to the hot weather, we wondered if cold water could have been filtered into the plunge pool at least to make it a bit cooler. The water temperature was almost as warm as the weather so didn’t provide a refreshing experience we had hoped...

「Food is amazing. Even near max capacity the grounds are spread out and you never feel like there is to little space. Only complaint I had was our room had an order of mildew but it was extremely clean. I think it is difficult for the AC to deal with the humidity. 」

「Just one thing. We booked a plan which includes breakfast and dinner. A person at the front desk explained that tips are included with breakfast and dinner (we have to pay for doorman and house keeper though). We believed that and didn't pay extra tips. But the waiters seemed very upset and stopped their GOOD seivice. The persons at the front desk can't communicate with the persons at the resturant. It's better to pay tips. Other thigs are excellent.」
