"The shuttle transport from the airport to arte was great the staff from beginning to end was amazing. Housekeeping 10/10 our servers from the restaurants 10/10 the pool staff and life guards 10/10 bartenders 10/10. So much to do here at Xcaret arte. The restaurants were amazing, Cantina VIP has a mixed seafood tostada and it was by far the best thing I’ve had so flavorful. San Marco had a huge variety of buffet style food highly recommend the tacos there. Cayuco was solid too bunch of seafood options every restaurant was at least a 4/5 minute walk from our building (casa de música). Our room was beautiful we had a nice view to the center stage for the theater. Stocked mini bar and snacks platform. I highly recommend trying to book a reservation for the other restaurants that require it if you don’t it will be hard to just walk into. The bars were pretty solid pool bars were cool the speak easy was pretty cool the decor was really pretty. Pools closed at 7pm which was my only issue but I think it’s a safety thing so it makes sense. Even when you’re done eating you can walk around to different parts of the hotel and enjoy the art on the walls. Every worker here was always greeting us with good mornings or good afternoons etc any question we had it was answered. We are definitely coming back next year. Cenotes was an amazing tour to do, followed by xel-ha snorkeling there was amazing and finally Xcaret Mexico was really fun a lot of walking around "

"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early! "

"The hotel is absolutely spectacular — the restaurants offer exquisite cuisine and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend treating yourself to the spa experience; it was outstanding! Karen and Alejandro were especially wonderful and made it even more memorable. The property has two pools: the main pool is lively with music and a party vibe, while the other pool — my personal favorite — is peaceful, with soft music that’s perfect for relaxing and reading a book. My server there was Blanca, who was so kind and attentive. Just a tip: be sure to bring cash for tipping your servers and other staff members. The ATM was out of service during our stay, and on our last day we ran out of cash to show our gratitude. I also have to highlight the hotel café! I was always served by Mr. Dudres Cutberto, who is not only polite and friendly but also passionate about learning all about different types of coffee. If you stop by the café, you must try his specialty coffee — you won’t regret it! Overall, I truly want to congratulate the entire team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The only thing I would suggest improving is having air conditioning in the lobby area for all guests, that’s the only detail that could make the experience even better. Highly recommended! "
