「Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend 」
「We booked the Deluxe room & it was excellent, more like an apartment with a very spacious kitchen & lounge area, 2 balconies & big bathroom. Great location only a short walk to restaurants/bars/beach. Secure parking. Nice pool. Only downside there was no dishwashing liquid or brush to do the dishes which is needed. 」
「The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

「Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure.」

Es gibt keine normale Rezeption aber alle sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und der Gastgeber beantwortet immer schnell jede Anfrage. Bei uns wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden eine etwas defekte Fernbedienung getauscht!
Geschirr, Kaffe, Tee und Wasser, Toaster und Mikrowelle stehen im öffentlichen Bereich zur freien Verfügung und der Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein!
Direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, das hat bei uns immer super...
「This hotel is a little bit far from the beach and famous 5th avenue but I can walk to there 15 minutes walking. But very closs to the big supremarlet "MEGA", Walmart and famous good resutaurants "El Fogon" and "HC stakehouse". And they have a very secured free parking inside a gate and a elevator. I will return back to this hotel again.」
