Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front.

We stayed in a 3rd floor walk-up studio for six nights. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the north end of 5th Avenue and the beach. We didn't spend much time on the roof but there's a nice terrace and small pool up there. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet, but if you stay on Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, be prepared for a raging party and blaring music outside until 5am. Otherwise it was a great affordable option.

Great beautiful place just out of the main busy parts and in the more authentic Mexican streets and food. Super clean and tidy property, quiet area and great for digital nomads, the WiFi is fantastic. 5 stars for the price and location!!

Overall a very comfortable stay, we had the apartment on the top floor, with a large window which provided great natural light. We also stayed until midnight chilling by the pool, they had the rooftop open all the time.

We loved the condo, it was just what we looked at the pictures, very big and decorated apartment. We made a last minute reservation and the apartment was available, it was easy to find once we got the address. We were close of many restaurants and the most important place, the beach. The staff was very friendly too, we hope to be back soon.

The host was very kind, he gave us many recommendations about what to do in Playa del Carmen and the information of what we had included on our stay was well explained. It wasn't our first time visiting Playa, but we will come back to this condo; all the facilities were awesome, including the laundry area, very essential if you spend few days on vacations, all perfect.

This was the ideal place for our vacations, all in a local ambiance, away from the noise of the nightlife. When we got to the property, fortunately, the apartment was ready and we were able to do early check in, it was awesome after a long flight. All the facilities were great and the apartment was very comfortable; we really loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is necessary for us to have a cup of coffee every morning.

Nice little unit. Good location. Property is in mixed neighborhood with homes and condos. Unfortunately that means lots of barking dogs and roosters at night which can be annoying.

Property was ok, there is alot of wear and tear on the Property but was a good location. There were no washcloths in the apartment and dogs barked all night in the surrounding areas otherwise it would have been an alright stay.

My partner and I had an amazing stay here. Cozy, very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and nightlife, but still quiet for a restful night's sleep. The housekeeper Nelly was super sweet and attentive always with a smile, thank you guys!
