"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, clean, new and spacious. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Amazing service and facilities. Check-in process was so nice - we were seated in the nice lobby area while they took care of all paper works and luggage. Transportation from/to Odawara station made the trip so convenient. Their bath was slightly underwhelming but they have an option to use another public bath for free (5 minutes away). The room was clean and comfortable.
