Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really appreciated all the clear, simple instructions for everything from the aircon, to the washer and dryer. It made it so simple. Area was quiet and spacious. Loved the heated floor. Great place to retreat after a long day sightseeing.

Wonderful Stay in Hakone! The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Facilities are excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer and a Bruno hot pot cooker. If you’d like to have a BBQ, just let the host know in advance. The host is very friendly and responsive, any questions were answered quickly. I’ll definitely stay at the property again next time I visit Hakone. Highly recommended!
