"This is the best hotel if you want to experience Japanese style food, living, and convenience to Hakone mountain. They provided everything you needed like Japanese clothes, inside decoration, service, etc. They also have a free shuttle to Gora station. The in room onsen is great and you will not find it in any hotel. There is a private elevator directly taking you to Sounzan cable car station, unbelievable! The included breakfast and dinner are unforgivable, very Japanese, delicious, it was also served in a private room. "

"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"So relaxing and everything was great! The best part of our trip ! Onsen was awesome and private, the meals were A(+]. Just take a taxi ( we used the Go app) to and from the station. We walked uphill to get there, but streets narrow and we were a little concerned with the cars driving by."
