"We hsd a wonderful stay st this hotel. Staff were very welcome and food at the buffet was outstanding. Scenery ffom the onsen is fabulous. The hotel is quite big It could be crowded for the dinner. Only one coffee machine at the breakfast is not enough for the large population."

"Super nice place. Like one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. 10/10 on the actual unit and amenities. But. The communication with the company was a challenge. The confirmation email they send comes from a non-functioning email. The message function on Expedia isn’t answered in a timely manner. And they are completely inflexible with early check-ins. So even though our room was clean and ready, we were forced to sit on the ground outside of the room until exactly 3pm. The bus drops you on the side of a mountain road. With our bags. So we didn’t really have a choice. It would have been nice for them to have some flexibility (we would have happily paid more for the early check-in) or at least have a way to get in touch with the company with a timely response to clarify the zero flexibility. If you come here, don’t show up even 1 minute early. And ideally come with a car. It’s possible on public transport but it was… alarming to just be dropped on the side of a busy mountain road."

"rooms were super clean, great view of mt fuji. breakfast was great and organised.located just outside jr nishima station, but not accessible easily from the shinkasen station. no connection or short cut but to do a 15min walk to the hotel. this would give the hotel better accessibility for guest coming in by shinkansen"

"The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the spectacular view of Mount Fuji. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. I also loved the private onsen in our room overlooking the lake, which was a wonderful way to relax while enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a large balcony that was perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the views. The location is excellent, within easy reach of the port, Hakone Shrine, and Hakone Gate. However, there were some disappointments. For the price, I expected the accommodation to feel fresher and better maintained. There were noticeable signs of wear and tear throughout the property, and the living room floor was dusty on arrival. While the onsen itself was fantastic, the waterfall shower had significant limescale build-up, which detracted from the overall experience. The check-in process was not very clear, and navigating in and out of the building was more difficult than it should have been. The biggest letdown was the bedroom. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the room felt quite uninspiring, lacking windows, decoration, and the sense of luxury that the rest of the property aims to provide. Overall, the stunning Mount Fuji views, private onsen, spacious layout, and excellent location make this a memorable stay. However, the maintenance issues, unclear check-in process, and disappointing bedroom meant it fell short of premium quality."
