"Before we arrived, we read a lot of reviews about this property and we’re a little apprehensive because some people said negative things. We were delighted to find out that none of them are true. This property and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We stayed in bases, which is adults only and our Concierge Lisandro was very attentive and made sure that we had anything that we needed. Our room was wonderful and so were the restaurants.
