「ジャグジーも温かく清潔でした。プールからの眺めも良くリラックスできるHotelです。夜も静かでぐっすり眠れました。カンクンへ来たらまた泊まりたいです。」

「トルーカで開催されるロックフェスに毎日パルケエスパーニャから出発するのに宿泊。 チャプルテペック公園も徒歩圏内で観光にもバッチリ。 外観写真のおかげで何とかたどり着いたがホテルの許可がないのか看板が無いのでわかりにくい。 やっとたどり着いてチェックインしようとしたら「予約聞いてない」と言われ焦る。 オーナーに連絡取ってくれて泊まることは出来たがこの対応には参った。 でも基本マネージャーはじめスタッフはみんな親切だしどこでもこういった手違いはあり得るのでまあ良しとする。 名前の通りスイートルーム（1DKで30㎡超）だから広い！古い建物をリノベーションした施設でまだ年数経ってないのかエレベーターも室内もキレイ！ 気になるのは ①エアコンが無かった。時期的に自分は必要なかったが夏は困るだろうと思った。 ②夜遅くや早朝はシャワーのお湯が出なかった。自分の部屋だけかボイラー自体がそうなっているのか不明だが非常に困った。 でもこの値段でこのグレードは素晴らしい！ また泊まりたいと思った。」

「The experience did not go well from the beginning- check in was at 3pm, but the room wasn’t available until 6pm due to not having enough staff to clean the room. When we finally got the room- the air conditioner was broken- so we asked for a different room with a functioning air conditioner and it was provided an hour and a half later. 「La cocina ni ganas de usarla, con cucarachas y la estufa super mal, desde la llegada el aire acondicionado no funcionó y ni siquiera intentos por llamar a su tecnico a repararlo, no agua caliente, no lo recomiendo pero para nada, nada que ver con lo que publican de ahi, conviene prinero verificar las habitaciones antes de pagar 」

「The deck outside the room on the 4th floor totally flooded after only a single day of rain. Fortunately it stopped raining or it would've flooded the apt.」
