"Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment. Security was good with a guard at the front gate 24/7. Location is decent as well, pretty much across the road of the Fairfield by Marriott for reference. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the main strip of Cabo. Overall, a nice secure place to stay. Host was very responsive and attended to all needs during the stay as well, thank you!"

"This cute one bedroom with outdoor kitchen was just what we were looking for. The large patio and private pool was really special. The private secured neighborhood was spectacular with sunrise and sunset views, oceanic whale watching and nature all around. A short drive into the main section of town was easy to get to via bus or Uber. Plently of restuarants and markets near our rental. "Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of."

"This is the second time I stayed at the Morgan condominiums , the price is affordable and the rooms are clean. The only thing is the parking the road is a dirt road and when you try to park the tires make way to much dust, I hope they level the road a little bit or paved it to avoid damaging the car or the suspension"

"The condo was great. Clean, modern, spacious, and fully stocked. It’s in a great location. The property is really nice, but, some of the amenities aren’t finished. The rooftop pool is great. The bar is really cool. You can walk anywhere in town. The parking garage is secure and convenient. We will definitely come back. The only downside is that the road outside is noisy. "
