「Great home! Comfortably slept 8 adults and one child. Roomy family and dining area. Neighborhood will be very nice once it's fully built out.」

「Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town. 」

「Great option for our family. Spacious house with stellar views. Few minor maint. items. No A/C on arrival which was remedied. Entry courtyard fountain out of order. Overall very clean. Staff upon arrival were accommodating. Love the access to other areas around Quivira. Our son golfed and loved the experience. Would utilize this location again.」
