My stay was amazing. The staff were incredible and always made sure every request I had was taken care of. This resort is very family‑friendly, so if you’re young and looking to party, it might not be the best fit. The restaurants were okay, but the buffet ended up being my favorite.

When we arrived we were given a room inferior to the one we booked. It was on the ground floor and the sliding glass patio door had a broken lock. The outlets in the bathroom did not work and one actually hung away from the wall. We were told the manager was too busy to talk to us and calls from Expedia to the resort went unanswered. Food was mediocre at best. Only two wines available, neither good. Lounge chairs by the pool were unavailable unless you reserved one by 8am with a towel for the day. Serving staff were friendly but the facility was worn. Overall, I would not recommend.

La habitación muy mala con mucho ruido de la calle y le falta mantenimiento de la terraza se ven descuidados las columnas da muy mal aspecto y el minibar mal surtido La alberca muy ruidosa con las hostess que no consiguen que los huéspedes participen lo que buscamos es tranquilidad y disfrutar deben cuidar mas el hecho de que cualquiera llega temprano a reservar los camastros con una toalla y un libro mi marido y yo tuvimos le pedimos a un empleado que nos apoyara y fue incapaz así que por nuestra cuenta y apoyándonos en el reglamento que claramente dice que esto no esta permitido tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros muy mala experiencia espero mejoren

The hotel itself is lovely — the rooms are comfortable, the pools are great, and the property is very relaxing. However, there were some disappointments. The live entertainment was underwhelming, not very engaging or lively. The restaurants, in particular, had subpar service, which was surprising given the hotel staff overall were friendly and attentive. Another odd point was the food selection — for a resort in Mexico, I expected more authentic Mexican dishes, but the options were limited. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the resort amenities, but don’t expect standout restaurant service, exciting entertainment, or a true taste of Mexican cuisine.

The AC in our room started leaking right away, which was fixed pretty quickly but it left a huge puddle of water in our room. The staff was very limited on site hence service at the bars, pool etc. Was very slow. But everyone was friendly. The pool activities were limited. The whole resort was quiet at 10pm. Very limited entertainment at night. The buffet food was not good. The beat place to eat at the whole resort was the Grill restaurant. I would not visit this resort again. I would pay a little bit more and go to a better resort next time.

The staff were amazing. The all ages pool closest to the beach didn’t have enough water in it so it wouldn’t filter properly, it was utterly disgusting by the time we left, full of food, bandaids and sunscreen, yuk!

We stayed at Crystal Grand Los Cabos for 7 days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were cleaned properly every single day and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and comfortable. The staff truly makes this resort special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You really feel taken care of here, and that level of service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend upgrading to the Altitude Club. We did it at check in and it was absolutely worth it. The food quality and restaurant options were excellent, and having VIP access with no reservations made dining stress free and convenient. We also upgraded our room to the SlimOut Suite Garden View and I would choose it again without hesitation. The Garden View rooms are much more comfortable and peaceful. I do not recommend the Ocean View rooms as they were not as comfortable in comparison. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. Great service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely return.

We stayed 6 days here. We left with a strong feeling of disappointment and discomfort due to discrimination and inconsistency of service. We paid for top Altitude upgrade, not worth the price. Don’t stay here! Our butler was kind but clearly overbooked, resulting in inconsistent communication and lack of personalized service. Room service was unreliable (missing items, wrong food—sausages replaced with hotdogs), and room cleaning was inconsistent. The pool was heated, which was nice, but it did not appear to be cleaned daily. Service in the Altitude-only areas was uncomfortable. At the Sky Lounge (12/27 & 1/1) and the Grill, older staff (guy) ignored us while being noticeably attentive to other guests. As Asian guests, this felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. We were treated like this the entire time and noticed they treated other Asian families this way. We waited over 30 minutes at the Grill restaurant before having to ask the host to take our order with only a few tables occupied. The guy waiter ignored us the entire time. Restaurants and bars were severely understaffed, employees looked unhappy, and service quality suffered. Despite paying a premium, menus lacked premium options. The buffet had very limited choices. Food quality was disappointing - noticeably the Italian and Asian restaurants were not edible (cold food, hard noodles, watered-down curry). Worst AI ever! Don’t stay here!

It was a good stay with a clean place, nice staff especially the housekeeper at the buidling 2, Luisando. The pool bar service was also excellent. The fireplace are nice the beach couch was comfortable and the beach area is clean. Gabriel from the Concierge is very helpful and staff on the frontdesk, like Luis Martinez are also accommodating. We’ll definitely comeback.

Room was delivered late until 5 pm, phone in room wasn’t working so we use the mobile to ask for room service, new years after party was lame DJ really bad and drinks with cheap liquor. Food at restaurants wasn’t the best rib eye sticks prepared before and re heated so dry and hard. Buffets with no many options so overall experience wasn’t nearly expectation.

Our shower leaked so much onto the bathroom floor that I had to shower in the corner and be very careful. Even then had to have a towel soaking up the water. The two restaurants had terrible food. Ended up just eating at the buffet, which was maybe a 4/10. Fitness gym area had 40% of its cardio equipment not working. There was sweat and dirt all over the cardio equipment. Barely any umbrellas for shade. Couldn’t even sit around the pool without getting roasted from sun after 10 minutes. Only about eight lounge chairs on the beach which were taking up by people by 5:30 AM. Evening meals in the ballroom and the garden had music so constantly loud that we had to leave. It’s not a nightclub! It’s dinner time. Some light music would’ve been just fine.
