Two bedroom ocean view villa was excellent, with a full kitchen and washer / dryer. Balcony had a single person hot tub and a hammock, which my kids loved. Rooms were clean and staff was incredibly friendly. Anything we needed was communicated via WhatsApp and delivered flawlesly, including transportation to Flora Farms and dinner reservations. Grounds were well maintained and we loved the desert landscaping. Infinity pools were amazing and the highlight. The beach was great for a quick dip but there were also some folks out swimming or jet-skiing. Overall trip was a 10/10.

The room decor and layout was great for our fam of 4. 2 full baths, 3 full closets, 2 Q beds and a fold out couch, patio, full kitchen, laundry. My complaints were a VERY understaffed pool service group and a freezing cold main pool, rendering the hot tubs useless because they were FULL of screaming children under 5. Very unpleasant. We have a 12 and 17 yr old who are quiet and the "family" pool was very unpleasant due to littles constantly running, throwing balls everywhere, splashing, crying, etc. People also had lots of dogs in pool area. For a "5-star" resort at this price point, this was unacceptable.

The property is very nice and well-located, with all the amenities. The only drawback we encountered was that there was some noise in the rooms, which are very close to the street. During the night, it's difficult to sleep due to the noise of nearby vehicles.

I had an amazing time at The Club at Solaz! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind—truly top-notch hospitality. What I loved most was the exclusivity and quiet atmosphere. No loud parties or chaotic crowds—just pure relaxation in a beautifully serene setting. The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal feeling like a thoughtful, high-quality experience. And the views? Just breathtaking. Whether you're poolside, at dinner, or on your balcony, the scenery is unforgettable. This is the kind of place where you can truly unwind and make lasting memories. I can’t wait to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at Solaz Club in Cabo! We received a VIP upgrade (subject to availability), and our suite was absolutely amazing — spacious, spotless, with a breathtaking ocean view, and even complimentary evening housekeeping. The staff made our experience even more special. Paul helped us with our luggage and valet parking and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. At the pool, Alfonso and his colleague took such good care of my daughters and me, making us feel truly welcomed. The dining experience was also a highlight. The food at Mako, the Italian restaurant, and the poolside restaurant was outstanding. We especially loved the ceviche and the barbacoa tacos — both were unforgettable! The sea was another highlight: clean, calm, and safe for swimming, with Alejandro Pineda guiding us to make the most of the experience. Thank you, Solaz Club, for such a memorable trip. We can’t wait to return!

RETURNING 100%! I have used Expedia for countless trips, this is the first VIP Acess resort that actually provided me with a room upgrade, and for that reason, I am grateful and they have my family’s loyalty! Family trip at the Club at Solaz did not disappoint, we reserved a 2Bedroom room/villa and we received a 3bedroom 4 full baths room/villa! I cannot rave about it enough, the “kids” did not want to leave and neither did the parents. Our boys are 18/18/ and 21 years old and they loved the property as well. Lots of delicious restaurants and bars. We frequented the Mako restaurant because the aqua chile was phenomenal, along with their spicy shrimp tacos and the el Crunchy tacos. Our other notable meal was at Al Pairo where the food was delicious. The grounds for the hotel and stunning and the staff provided excellent service. Truly a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you Solaz for the wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at The Club at Solaz. Our room was incredible, the service was perfect, food was great, and property was stunning. A great place for a family vacation with our two teenagers. Highly recommend. Great location. Great time. Great place to kick back and relax.

Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, even those I encountered in a hall or on an elevator. They were so welcoming and warm, I told my spouse about it when I got home! My room was spotless and odorless. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Thanks for a comfortable, quiet night, and especially for your wonderful staff. Solaz is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and enormous with great view of the ocean. The staff is superb across-the-board. And the facility is beautiful, with incredible native landscaping, gorgeous pools and restaurants. My only complaint was the gym, which has fantastic equipment and lots of space, but the air conditioning was broken, and I heard from another guest that it was the same last time that they were visiting. At 85° and humid it was unusable

We have stayed in luxury resorts across the world and this was our 5th time in Cabo but our first experience at The Solaz. The Solaz is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed, anywhere! The resort is so beautiful, the attention to detail impressive. The 4 sit-down restaurants each provided an incredible dining experience. Sakagura, the Japanese/sushi restaurant, provided some of the best sushi we've eaten anywhere, including Japan. Mako was unparalleled in terms of ambiance (ocean front) and food quality. Our room was a 2bd suite and it was enormous. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, some going out of their way to get to know us. The resort isn't cheap, but you really do get what you pay for as the Solaz truly delivered an unparalleled experience for this seasoned travel family.

Upon entering the property, the exterior is not very impressive from the busy road. It’s almost prison like in architecture so was a little nervous but the minute you walk in it’s very beautiful. It. has a more modern aesthetic and serene ,desert like landscape. We stayed in a two bedroom ,three bath villa overlooking the ocean, which was beautiful. Beds comfortable and didn’t hear much noise from the busy street. The pools, the restaurants, the staff were excellent. I think we ate every day at the poolside restaurant and never got sick of it and the staff was especially attentive, even during busy spring break. You had to get up early to get a pool chair, but they let you save it as long as you put your things on it, which was a nice touch. My only complaint honestly was that they give you very little coffee in the room and a little stingy about replenishing it which is not that big of a deal but a little annoying when you’re paying so much money for a room. Really can’t say enough nice things about this place and was a pleasant surprise.
