The room was nice and clean. The service was excellent. The food was good. The only thing it really seemed to be missing from other inclusive reports is you never knew what was going on what events were happening what activities they had for the day. Most all-inclusive places have more information. Overall the service and employees were excellent.

The resort is beautiful with great beach access. Staff very friendly and food was very good. Enjoyed the entertainment. The building is clearly old and you could tell from the plumbing - everytime the toilet was flushed the water smelt like sewer. Toilet also got blocked and water pressure in the showers was awful. Overall a good experience but please fix the plumbing!

Kids Pool was very dirty, and cold, didn’t got clean all the days i was there. Food and snacks were the same every day. Not the best quality of towels or blanket in the room . There was a lot of repairs being done, and lots of spots to fix. I wish it was more kid friendly, I mostly saw just adults getting drunk.
