The food was not that great, the buffet was very small and lacked selection. There was an additional charge for room service which I’ve never seen at an all-inclusive before. The drink selection was poor. The service was very slow and although we were assigned our own “butler” he did not provide an elevated experience. Upon check out at noon we were told that we were not allowed to use the all inclusive facilities including the restaurants or buffet any longer despite a 3 hour wait until our airport transfer. After a lengthy discussion with the staff they finally allowed us to eat at the buffet. Overall, the experience was ok. Definitely not worth the $5000 for 4 nights.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Krystal Grand. The staff is great, very welcoming and accommodating. The food was great, tried all the restaurants and loved them all. It’s relaxing and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Have no complaints

Ocean front suite room was run down…tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. Thank goodness we only had to stay 1 night because of a flight cancellation.

Let's start with the drinks, regular and alcoholic beverages were very obviously watered down and they weren't good. Food was just ok, the buffet needs more options, breakfast is the same every day, need better coffee. There was a server named Jesus at the buffet who was very rude, he kept ignoring us and never asked if we needed anything, we had to keep flagging him down for any request and he seemed bothered by everything. The Grill restaurant is not good, portions are ridiculously small and taste wasn't good. There wasn't much entertainment, they did not explain things properly and a lot of staff did not speak English which made it difficult for my family members to communicate. When we first arrived to our room there were no towels provided, not even a hand towel. We had to ask for an iron 6 times in and it was 1 day and a half before we actually got one!! Why do you have an ironing board in the room but you don't have an iron ?!!!! Some staff seemed bothered when you asked for something, it was quite odd and made us feel uncomfortable, however there were a few staff members who stood out. Ricardo was amazing and Victor at the buffet was also very nice. Rubicel at the pool area was just great he made us feel very welcomed and was very attentive! There was also a lady who was the host at the buffet who was very sweet and kind, I can't recall her name. Gabriel at the concierge desk was also so nice and helpful. Overall it was ok, but a few things need to be improved!

Good services, location is great. Beach access and food was good. If you are going with kids this is great place but if you are going as a couple for parties then go for something else in San Lucas area.

Food choices are limited and quality varies. Staff services are a mixed bag, but Benjamin at the Risotto restaurant deserves a loud shout out for great service and hospitality! On a side note, avoid Gray Lines shuttle service by all means! The shuttle bus on the way in was old and dirty-one could feel the dust as it passed through dirt roads. On the return journey, the driver simply left early and left paid passengers with children in the hotel lobby who had to pay for a separate Uber in order not to miss the flight. A female supervisor from Gray Line was rude and accused hotel staff of lying to avoid responsibility for its own mistakes. And Gray Line even charges more than a Uber for a shared ride in a dirty and smelly beat up van.

Room was clean but stayed by side of busy road and that made it hard to sleep or have any quitness.. good size gap under door and got stung by a bee on floor getting up during night to pee..Staffw was very ..Felt safe and will be back.Thank you❤️

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Upon staying at this hotel for 4 nights, we discovered that our bed had numerous BED BUGS. My mom contracted numerous bites on our last day at this property, and they have not stopped since. We have now somehow brought these bed bugs back into our home despite taking extensive cleaning measures. The bites are continuing to worsen day by day. We notified the hotel and they said they will give us a partial refund. Because we booked through Expedia, Expedia has been trying to get in contact with the hotel so that they can sort out the partial refund. The hotel has been IGNORING not only Expedia, but us as well to top it all off! DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Especially if you’re staying in room 4614.

Amazing Hospitality and Perfect Location! Rating: 10/10 (Excellent) Pros: Service, Location, Local Knowledge Our stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was outstanding. The resort’s hospitality is top-notch; the entire service staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. We were particularly impressed by Gabriel Avil, who was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us. His extensive local knowledge of both San Jose and San Lucas was invaluable. He gave us the best suggestions for activities and clear directions on how to navigate the area, which made our trip so much smoother. The resort is perfectly situated right in the middle of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. It is very easy to get around using local transportation and taxis. Between the beautiful resort and the excellent service from Gabriel, we were thoroughly impressed. This will definitely be our repeat destination every time we visit Cabo.
