Perfect for a family with kids or without. Kids club was fantastic, my 8 and 6 year old didn’t want to leave. The adult pool area is amazing. Food is fantastic and so many options. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment you step onto the property, and you are greeted by the friendly staff, you're also welcomed by the awe-inspiring view of the Pacific Ocean in the background of the entrance lobby. The staff and service are what made our stay at the Hyatt Ziva memorable and enjoyable, and separates this resort from other all-inclusive resorts.

Everything was off the charts. The exercises with Raul & team, Julio with the bus crew were amazing. The restaurants were good, everything was fun but the people there are so nice and willing to make sure you enjoy your stay. It was amazing. This is a must visit place.

The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food and drinks and had a great time in the swim up pool. This was our second stay at a Hyatt Ziva and it did not disappoint. We will be back!

Very nice hotel, very spacious rooms BUT we were on a floor that had a bar on it and it was noisy throughout the night, other than that the pools were nice and clean and the beach was steps away
