Beachfront Condo on Costa Azul Beach in Los Cabos Mexico

  • Beachfront condo on the ground level with a large patio with views to the sea, only steps to the 2 pools and beach with palapas and lounge chairs. San Jose is a quaint Mexican town with Art walks, organic foods, shopping, tequila tasting, farmers markets, marina/fishing. And, a short drive to Cabo san Lucas. You’ll be able to walk to Zippers surf beach and many restaurants. Horseback ride and ride ultra lites out on the beach. 24 hour security. Very safe. City bus into Cabo or San Jose. Uber friendly.Enjoy all the amenities of home including satellite TV, wireless internet and Bluetooth speaker. The property also has newer furnishings. Nice linens, towels, everything you need in the kitchen plus soaps, shampoo etc. Maps and suggestions are in the condo. You will want to return year after year! Access to washer and dryer in the building. Summer is the only time homeowners or HOA can do any repairs or remodeling. July 1st to October31st there is a possibilityof noise. You are welcome to reach out to me before booking during these times.
