Overall property is nice. It does need some upgrades, shows some age. Umbrellas are old, lounge chairs could be upgraded and beach chairs for fire pits need to be replaced. Honestly, one of our favorite places to stay. My husband and I stayed three nights and enjoyed the waves crashing just outside our room, wonderful service, and food at the adjoining Cabo Break cafe.

Everything was seamless. The accommodations were very comfortable. Great view of the pool in the beach. Beach was with in just a few steps from the room. Our day was great. We would stay here again.
