Loved the stay and hospitality from the staff. Food and service were incredible! We had the suite with panoramic ocean views which was beautiful!
The only thing that was frustrating happened at check in; upon arriving we were greeted with a margarita followed by a timeshare sales pitch. While I know this push comes from corporate, we were exhausted from traveling and couldn’t wait to check in and unwind. Having two front desk push sales at you took away from a first good impression.
