Our room overlooked the pool and ocean. It was a beautiful property. They need more outdoor tables to sit and relax at when not eating. I would also suggest a coffee shop with desserts.

Everything was amazing EXCEPT we had to sign slips for absoutely EVERYTHING even though we were all-inclusive. Takes a lot of time and is extremely annoying. Never experienced this before at an all-inclusive. Other than that this is a beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful. The beach is fantastic. We even liked the beach vendors for the most part! - Frankie was the best ! A wonderful family holiday.

The staff was all around great, from the check-in desk to the housekeeping staff, to the luggage attendants and to restaurant staff. Place was clean and well kept up. They weren’t great at explaining how to partake in the extra activities. Kept tying it to a seminar at another hotel they own. Found the place to book the extras without seminar on the lower level, on the last day. Wish we would’ve know about that option at the beginning.
