Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa

"Alfredo was our server by the pool that has the daily activities. He was very attentive and super friendly! Wednesday, 7/5 & Thursday, 7/6 both evenings we visited the golf simulator & Estefan the bartender and Dayna the young lady that checks you in upon arrival, were super friendly and gave great customer service! They made our stay very pleasant and very enjoyable! I highly recommended this hotel!"

"Rooms were spacious but a little out dated. The bathroom door is directly behind the toilet so the door hits your knees if left opened. The food was good, the steakhouse was the best however the wait time was over an hour. There is only one towel distributions so if you’re on one side of the hotel swim up you will need to walk over to the other side for towels. There are no elevators from the bottom level to the first levels"

"Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made break created to allow for swimming. We ate at Vela, Lena, Mio and got coffee and pastries from Arcos. All solid. Got a massage and used the spa facilities - it’s a must. The staff was great, Ismael, Edson and everyone else at the property were great."
