Las Arenas was so beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much! Condo A310 was perfect for our family of six and the breakfast at Alquimia was delicious, fresh and the staff was super friendly.

Such a lovely place to stay at and the breakfast was very delicious everyday. The only thing is that the fridge did not work the whole week we were there. Someone came to check it the first day but no action was done. Besides that, I would come back 100%

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was well equipped. We were walking distance to the beach and, the hostess of the apartment was very helpful in answering our questions. There was both a good size heated pool and another pool for swimming lengths.

The unit was nice and so was the pool area, however it’s not situated in the best area and you have to drive everywhere… just something to consider. There is a cute cafe, pharmacy and convenience store situated on the street level. Our washer and dryer didn’t initially work but the property manager was helpful and responsive to getting it fixed. The dish washer wasn’t tethered to the wall and when I was loading it, it tipped and the racks nesrly fell on me … quite dangerous.

We had such a great time during our stay at Las Arenas! The property is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view, and the apartment we stayed in was SPOTLESS. You can really tell they take pride in keeping such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space for their guests. Not only was the property beautiful, but they truly had everything you could possibly need! There was a coffee maker with coffee ready to go, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, spices, and so many other little essentials. Those things really make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for several days and don’t want to have to purchase everything at the store. They even had extra fluffy blankets, which made the apartment feel so cozy and homey! Communication was wonderful as well. Our host, Paola, was so kind and easy to communicate with, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly quick and easy. The location was also perfect and centrally located to everything we needed. Costco, Walmart, Soriana, and Fresko were all just a few minutes away by car, and there’s a pharmacy, OXXO, and café right downstairs! The beach is also only a few minutes away on foot, and they even provide beach items in the unit for guests to use. We actually stayed at a resort for two days after leaving Las Arenas for a wedding, and we kept talking about how much nicer our stay at Las Arenas was than the resort and that says A LOT! 😂 If we ever come back to Cabo, we will 100% stay at Las Arenas again. Ty!!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Las Arenas and would highly recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast each morning—it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Most importantly, the host was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, Las Arenas provided a relaxing, hotel-quality experience with the warmth of personalized hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a hidden gem in Cabo. There is no one there and it is a stunning property! So close to a beach and not too far from Zippers if you want to surf! The coffee shop in the bottom of the complex is delicious and the staff is amazing! 10/10 recommend!
