"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"Very well-maintained property with polite staff. This hotel is walkable to most Oaxaca Centro tourist and shopping attractions. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast has good choices of fresh fruits, hot eggs, and local breakfast dishes. "
