「Sin duda magnífica estancia, lugar nature al bello 」

「The condo is in a luxury resort situated in front of a gorgeous uncrowded beach. There is a open air restaurant and bar as you walk into the resort. Two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar. The resort itself is about 25 minutes west of town. We have been to Puerto several times and this was our first time staying in this area. It was close to the lagoon and the national park and great for exploring. There was a little glitch checking in, but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay...

「We recently had a family vacation to Oaxaca with excitement for rest and relaxation. We had very specific needs that seemed to have been fulfilled by the listing including number of beds, proximity to the ocean/beach, a kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The pictures and descriptions of this apartment in a resort seemed to fit the bill but was not what expected when we arrived. The number of beds was not accurate, restaurants were not opened as described, and there was no shuttle service into...

「Property am was not ready and they were not expecting us had to wait hours. The condition of the furniture on the outdoor space was terrible. The location is super bad takes 40 minutes to go anywhere. 」

「Sadly we had difficulty with our stay at this (Vivo) resort and there were quite a few things that didn't work or were simply unacceptable for travelers looking to relax and enjoy a seamless vacation and remote working experience. To be fair, the staff is friendly but under-trained.
