「 部屋は綺麗で快適。プールも広く清潔。食事もおいしく特に不満な点はありませんでした。またホテルのスタッフも非常に親切、且つ常に笑顔で接してくれました。」

「予約時、ガーデンビューのパティオ付きとなっていたが、ガーデンなど殆ど見えなかったし、蚊が多すぎてハンモックも使えない。 部屋の中も蚊が多く、殺虫剤は匂いが強烈でよく眠れなかった。 チェックイン時は冷たいタオルと飲み物をサービスしてくれて、外が暑かったので気持ちが良かった。 朝食はブッフェの場所がわかりずらく、案内もなかった。」

「白を基調としたアラビア風の建物で統一されてるのでとても良かった。 ホテル内にはレストランがあるので朝食をはじめ昼食、夕食と何度も世話になった。 プールは管理が行き届いておりきれいな水で好印象。 部屋でネットも問題なく使用できた。」

「We had an issue with the bathroom and after two days they offered us to move to another room. Staff are really nice but the hotel needs a little renovation I’d say.」

「This hotel was about 10 - 15 min far from Centro, was moderate distance. There always was a taxi to pick us up, so not a problem. Nice service, close from shopping center, nice option to stay.」

「I loved the master suite. Spacious and sunny thanks to the windows facing the street. These windows doesn't open, but it helps keep the room quiet. Also the room has bath tub and shower with hot water enough. Breakfast doesn't included but you can find so many option around. It would be perfect if the had parking space. We could keep the car space nearby though. 」

En revanche, le côté pingre de l’hôtel gâche un peu le séjour : lorsque l’on paie presque 400€ par nuit, n’avoir accès qu’au simple buffet et se voir notifier qu’un cappuccino ou des œufs au plat seront facturés en supplément laisse un goût amer. 」

「Awesome property. Our second stay and this time was just as amazing as we remembered. Our room had new windows and it was very quiet even though the area has a lot of nightlife. Very restful, comfy beds, amazing breakfast, and all around beautiful and chill property. Staff is super helpful and kind! 」

「We reserved 5 months prior when there were plenty available rooms. However, we were guided to a room that looks nothing like the pics, more like service room with low ceiling, fake plastic floor and sewage smell. We complained and were changed to a slightly better room next to public toilet. Observing through, obviously they give priority to the Mexican guests for their a few appropriate rooms. For someone with an Asian name, they completely discriminate you. We travel a lot and enjoy...

「Our stay at Casa Quiote Hotel was wonderful (if expensive). The staff were super kind and helpful, the room was well appointed and clean (and SO quiet), and the location could not be more convenient to the city center. The property is clearly new, so everything still feels like it's barely been used. There were a couple of things about the room that would make it even better: Bedside lamps!
