The rooms are so nice, clean, and have air conditioning. The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Edith was a highlight when I saw her each morning. Will definitely be back.

The proximity to the Zokalo museums restaurants is particularly good. The staff was attentive, and my housekeeper was incredibly intuitive about what I did and did not like. She noted if I didn’t want a blanket or specific pillow and together my room accordingly The restaurant was good for breakfast. I did not eat there any other meals. Check in and check out was incredibly simple

It was a wonderful hotel but do not expect VIP. We got a simple room in front of staff stocking room. The staff was amazing and always greeted us with a smile. Thus, hotel is beautiful and excellent location. They can book tours for you and taxi service. But if you are making a choice based on your VIP earned status….i would not expect it to be honored.
