「The condo is in a luxury resort situated in front of a gorgeous uncrowded beach. There is a open air restaurant and bar as you walk into the resort. Two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar. The resort itself is about 25 minutes west of town. We have been to Puerto several times and this was our first time staying in this area. It was close to the lagoon and the national park and great for exploring. There was a little glitch checking in, but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay...

We had very specific needs that seemed to have been fulfilled by the listing including number of beds, proximity to the ocean/beach, a kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. 「Sadly we had difficulty with our stay at this (Vivo) resort and there were quite a few things that didn't work or were simply unacceptable for travelers looking to relax and enjoy a seamless vacation and remote working experience. To be fair, the staff is friendly but under-trained. Upon arrival they required us to pay for our stay despite explaining we had already paid through VRBO; and the charge was less than VRBO so that also didn't sit well with us.
