「Our group of 20 stayed over a very busy holiday weekend in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed here and were impressed with the impeccable service we received. Our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and communal spaces were cleaned daily. Our host, Sim, was accommodating and responsive before the trip. Our concierge, Renata, helped us with anything we needed and our group loved her. The house is a brief but intense incline up the hill—so be prepared for that—but the views from all 3 floors of the massive villa...

「Itzel was a fantastic hostess....she was very prompt at attending to any requests we had and is a very fun lady to chat with. The house was a very cool experience....very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was having to go downstairs from the loft during the night to use the bathroom. Everything else was amazing!」

「The location is good, but many things missing in the condo, tools for the kitchen we had to buy...chairs to seat outside or at the pool, problem with tv....the air conditioning filter dusty ......gave health problem.... in the room 2... we had a very good service with the manager, but he couldn’t buy the items the owner doesn’t accept....」
