「Perfect stay. Location better than beach strip」

「The property is surrounded by lush tropical plants, and you can even spot different kinds of wildlife wandering around. As other travelers have mentioned, the hotel has a rustic charm. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect from your devices, slow down, and simply enjoy nature, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended so many great places to eat and explore, and were always happy to share their local...

「The hotel is surrounded by nature, and I had a very relaxing stay.」

「This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others.」

「Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. 「La habitación muy limpia y el servicio excelente」

「We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!」

「we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches...

「Reception service is so good and helpful.」

「Stuff are amazing and friendly, the location is easy to acsess to downtown. If you are new to this area, local stuff can give you the best ideas and options to experience.」

「An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way! My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....
