Let me just start off by saying that I had to give it a negative review based off of my first interaction with the receptionist Stephanie. I was booking a room on Expedia with their sister hotel, and she purposely told her friend the receptionistat that hotel, and as I was looking for hotels, I found Sanah (sister hotel) listed for $100 for a GREAT ROOM and within seconds it was $300 for the night after asking me if i was on Expedia and to book with her friend instead to avoid commissions. I was looking forward to the stay but the Argentinian staff in Tulum is really rude (at all the hotels ive been to in general) I understand everyone is trying to make money but extorting people who come to vacation where you work is insane. While I was waiting in the lobby, dealing with a whole Expedia booking with sanah I noticed that they would come out from the desk area and personally agree the guest who were walking out for the day. Male security didn’t greet me when I walked inside and said hello in Spanish he just stared at me. Natalie the other receptionist was a sweetheart. The design of the room was gorgeous. Except the bathroom smelled really bad I believe because of the plumbing. The water was never hot so I would not recommend getting a special bathtub with flowers unless you like cold water. If you’re booking during the colder times, I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t care to utilize the pool. It rained a lot this trip. Too cold to use the pool.

Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful ! 5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho. Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel).

Habitación limpia , la alberca excepcional , el personal muy amable con atención especial a Stephania de recepción que siempre fue muy amable y resolver nuestras dudas, el hotel tiene ese encanto de estar en medio de la selva en un oasis solo para ti , los únicos detalles que tuvimos fue que se nos fue la luz debido a un corto y los blancos de la habitación estaban manchados y la propiedad en si necesitaba mantenimiento, porque tiene mucho potencial, definitivamente regresaría.

Anat was wonderful! Stephanie was extremely hospitable, kind and efficient. The room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool, tub, and shower were beautiful & the perfect temperature. The bed was so comfortable! The AC was powerful and cooled us down from the Mexican heat. I loved my massage & the fresh pineapple juice was delicious. There was free self parking out front. It’s 15 minutes away from the beach and in close proximity of many shops and clubs. They don’t serve alcohol here, but you can easily grab what you need or have it ordered from a nearby liquor store. If you’re into zen, I highly recommend Anat!

Excelente estadía el staff fue súper amable nuestra habitación estuvo siempre limpia y arreglada cuando llegábamos de nuestras salidas, ofrecen muchos servicios de masajes y comida a la habitación, el servicio de renta de movilidad fue muy eficaz y servicial, nos encantó y volveríamos aquí sin dudarlo.

The staff was amazing and attentive; they made sure we could access everything and made the reservations for our dinner plans. Her recommendations for the different restaurants were attractions of their own. I booked a massage and it was worth every penny.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff on site were incredibly nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. We loved the privacy of the hotel, and yet it is still conveniently close to downtown Tulum. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The bed was super comfy and cute, the room was so aesthetically pleasing. The pool was absolutely amazing. Various food options not too far from there.
