"From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. "

To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation.
