「The property is beautiful, serene and romantic. We initially had issues with our room not cooling but the front desk made every effort to accommodate us by allowing us to view other rooms to switch to and even upgrading our room. They were very attentive and checked on us frequently. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back. 」

「Amansala is very beautiful with great food. Much more unique than an all inclusive. Walk right out of your room into sand. Nice, friendly employees.」

「This place was so laid back and chill! My 15 year old and I enjoyed staying there so much! The owner was very accommodating and unbelievably friendly. The place is in development and there was no restaurant service, due to the limited number of guests, but there are kitchenettes in the cabanas... And 」

「部屋からビーチへのアクセスは最高です。部屋もこじんまりとしていて使い勝手もいいものでした。食事はビュッフェですが、イマイチでしたので、私達はトゥルムのZona hotelera まで行きました。レンタカーだったのでトゥルムの遺跡やチチェン・イッツァ、コバ、セノーテイキルなど、ここを中心にいろいろなところに行けました。メキシコですので、タオルを頼んでも1時間くらい来なかったりします。こののんびり感が耐えられない方とスペイン語が堪能でない方、そして車のない方にはお勧めしませんが、客層も主にイタリア人とアメリカ人の落ち着いた人達が多く、概ね過ごしやすいホテルでした。」
