"We loved the property and amenities; the staff is very professional, and the service is great in all areas.
However, the specialty restaurants La Locanda & Steakhouse have very poor air conditioning inside, which makes the dinner experience super uncomfortably hot. Someone in our party even felt so bad that she could not finish the meal and had to step outside of the restaurant, it is a shame since we booked this hotel for a party of 6, and ended up having such a bad experience."
"We loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!"

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Truly a 10/10 stay—we’ll definitely be coming back!"
