「Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. 」

「Abba was amazing! First time in México, my daughter and I spent her 8th birthday there. Our stay was quiet, and it felt like we were the only ones there! I loved that the beach club was right out the back door and the servers were amazing :) Uber from the condo to our friends resort was only $3USD. Walking distance to downtown and all the cute shops and food places. SODA the local store has more American options, SIX is another good option for snacks/toiletries etc. there’s a 7-11 on the main...
