"Staff was not friendly"

"Food was excellent. Only real problem was the pool. It closes at 8:00 PM and there isn't a swim up bar. The property doesn't clean the sargassum (seaweed) off their beach. Plus they have a sign that says no swimming in the sea. So, swim at your own risk. Now back to the food. This is an true all inclusive resort. When you eat at any of the restaurants you can order more than one appetizer, entrée and dessert. The buffet was really good as well. I would rate this a sold 9 out of 10. Highly recommend this to anyone o e or any family."

"The property is amazing; they have two sides where you can swim in the ocean. However, on the east side, there was just a lot of trapped seaweed. Also, around the pool areas, if the wind is strong, the umbrellas can't be opened. So plan accordingly. The resort had a lot of dining options. The gym was extremely well-equipped, and the staff was amazing."
